How much does marquee hire cost in the UK?
There is no single meaningful marquee-hire price. The structure is only one part of a quote: site conditions, installation and everything needed to make the space usable can materially change the scope.
What affects the quote
- Structure size, style and configuration
- Flooring, lining and doors
- Lighting, heating and ventilation
- Tables, chairs, stage, dance floor and bar
- Delivery distance and hire duration
- Season and date demand
- Installation crew, access and ground conditions
Site conditions matter
Restricted vehicle access, slopes, hardstanding, buried services, overhead obstacles and limited setup time can change the equipment and labour needed. Give the supplier accurate measurements and arrange a site assessment where appropriate.
Separate essentials and options
Ask for a base structure and clearly itemised additions. Flooring, weather protection, power coordination, furniture and décor may be essential for one event and unnecessary for another.
