The time needed for portraits and groups

Delivery and safeguards

Expected deliverables and indicative delivery time
Editing and any additional retouching
Equipment and file backup arrangements
What happens if the photographer cannot attend
How postponement, cancellation or timeline changes are handled

Rights, payment and agreement

Confirm printing and sharing permissions, portfolio use, deposit, balance and additional-hour charges. The written agreement should identify the photographer, date, locations, coverage, deliverables, rights and change terms.
